Shipping Policy

1. Business Hours

• Delivery Service:
  • Available from 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
• Order Placement: 
  • Available from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. 
    Orders placed will be delivered on the next business day, either Monday, Thursday, or Saturday.

2. Delivery Areas

• Our delivery service is available in the Sathon and Center City - Sukhumvit areas.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

•  A minimum order of ฿2,000 is required.

4. Delivery Fees

• Free delivery is offered for the first 5 km from BRT Chan Road. Beyond this, a delivery fee of ฿50 per km will apply.

5. Pick-Up Option

• If you choose to pick up your order at our Arnos Branches, no delivery fee will be charged. Please ensure you complete your branch pick-up selection before collecting your order (refer to your email for details).

6. Pricing

• All prices include VAT.

7. Payment Methods

• We accept cash on delivery and online payments via credit card or PayPal.

8. Terms and Conditions

• Prices, products, promotions, service areas, service hours, and other relevant conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

9. Product Availability

• Publishing information about a product or promotion on the Arnos Website does not guarantee its availability. Products are advertised subject to stock availability and may be available for a limited period or until stock lasts.

• Images of products, containers, and decorations on the Arnos Website are for advertising purposes only.

11. Gratuity

• While tipping isn't required, it's a fantastic way to show your appreciation! Our amazing delivery team is paid for their time and effort, but if their service brings a smile to your face, a tip would be a wonderful way to say thank you!
